About the Author

Pineapple Sam originated as a fictional character from the mind of Ismael Sam Tabalno from Hawaii. He is a Kauai local who grew up and worked during the sugar and pineapple days in the oldest plantation town of Koloa. After traveling and retirement from military service he decided to write stories as a hobby and continue "LuckyLiveKauai" living in paradise. 
 

Pineapple Sam loved to “talk story” as they say in the islands, now many of his friends, family and fans can read or hear about his amazing and sometimes bizarre adventures.
